Student Life

"You don't have a little light in you. You have the light of the world in you! Go light up the darkness"

Aaron Mitchell: Director of The School of Revival

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU FIND A PLACE TO LIVE?

If you are a student looking for housing, there are several options available to you:

School of Revival does not specifically offer housing accommodation, as we are a non-residential school. However, we are more than happy to help you find a roommate.

Below are some apartments that are nearby (within walking, biking distance or driving distance):

     Bridgeport Apartments (8.3 miles)

     Fairgate Apartments (6.2 miles)

     Ticon Properties (0.2 miles)

     Foxridge Apartments (0.5 miles)

Craigslist is also a great resource to find an apartment, town home, or house to rent. (Warning: use precaution when using this site as there are many scams and dishonest people who post listings on this website. Never send money by wire transfer.)

Cost of rent varies throughout the city and depending on the size and quality of the rental unit.

Average cost to rent a room in a shared apartment is $400-$600/month plus utilities (water/electricity/internet/etc).

If students are sharing an apartment or house, they are encouraged to only room with other students of the same gender. School of Revival is not liable for any disagreements or compatibility issues between roommates.

Students are responsible for finding their own home furnishings (beds, dressers, kitchenware, washer/dryer, etc). Craigslist is a great resource to furnish an apartment. https://raleigh.craigslist.org/
